JESSE NEWTON
Jesse has 20+ years of investing in and transforming organisations. He has done this as an entrepreneur, acquirer and management consultant at some of the world’s most prestigious firms.
While based in the USA he gained deep experience in delivering transformation programmes at a variety of organisations across industry sectors and markets, including as an operator of a SME.
After 18 years offshore Jesse returned to New Zealand in early 2024 and is actively assimilating his family to the kiwi way of life. While not working you’ll find him catching a wave or mountain biking on a trail.
FALKO WESTPHALEN
Falko has 18 years of experience, including 15 years in private equity, investing through cycles and across a wide range of deal types, company sizes, sectors, and geographies.
He spent most of his career at leading pan-European mid-market private equity firms, and started his career in investment banking.
Falko relocated to New Zealand in 2024 as an investor migrant. Outside of work, he enjoys time outdoors with his kids, running along Auckland’s waterfront, and sailing on the Waitematā Harbour.
